Processing and recipients
Netmex technically processes the form submission and storage to deliver the message by email to the Grey Realty team and retain the inquiry record. With your consent, Google and Meta may process technical identifiers and browsing data for analytics, advertising measurement, and audiences; we do not send form contents, email addresses, telephone numbers, budgets, or messages through these tags.
Site technologies
We store local preferences necessary for theme, currency, favorites, and listing view. We also retain, for up to 90 days in first-party browser storage, campaign and click identifiers, the landing path, and referrer so an inquiry can be attributed to its source. You can separately accept or reject optional map, analytics, and marketing features in your privacy preferences. Google Maps and Google Places load only after you allow optional functional features or activate a map. Google Analytics 4 loads only with analytics consent. Meta Pixel loads only with marketing consent to measure campaigns and relevant advertising.
